We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website.
What we did
- Text and background colors meet WCAG contrast levels.
- Pages and forms are designed to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Every form field has a visible label and plain text error messages.
- Motion is turned off for people who ask their device to reduce motion.
- Body text uses Atkinson Hyperlegible, a font designed for readers with low vision, at 18 pixels or larger.
Known limitations
- The Karen language line on the Nondiscrimination page is an image of the official text; call us for it in another format.
- The fax referral form (PDF) is not yet tagged for screen readers; call 888-439-5801 to refer by phone.
- A screen reader review of the referral form is scheduled before launch.
