As a soon to be licensed 245D provider in Minnesota, we will offer a range of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to individuals with disabilities and the elderly. Our mission is to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for our clients. Once licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, we will provide personalized support to help our clients thrive within their communities.

Homemaker Services

Help with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.

Personal Support

Assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management, as well as support in accessing community resources.

In-home family support

Services that help families care for a loved one with disabilities or an older adult at home, including training, counseling, and respite care.
